We study cell models that differentiate from one type to another using spatial modeling of cell-specific molecular distribution. Stem cells are  central to our efforts for making specific immune cell types.

Small molecules and checkpoint blockade enable therapies

We study the tumor microenvironment (cancer, stromal and immune cells) and epigenetic activation of immune cell function (less exhaustion).
